Lando Norris finishes ahead of season leader Max Verstappen

The next race of the Formula 1 championship, the Dutch Grand Prix, took place today. Its winner was McLaren driver Lando Norris, who beat championship leader Max Verstappen from Red Bull in the style of Verstappen himself.

Having lost his pole position in the first turn, Norris then caught up with the local crowd's favorite and got himself a 20 seconds lead at the finish line. For Lando, this is the second victory of 2024 season.

Charles Leclerc finished third for Ferrari. The top ten also included Oscar Piastri (McLaren), Carlos Sainz (Ferrari), Sergio Perez (Red Bull), George Russell (Mercedes), Hamilton (Mercedes), Pierre Gasly (Alpin) and Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin).
