Álvaro Morata Joins Galatasaray on Loan
Spanish international striker Álvaro Morata is set to spend the second half of the season on loan at Galatasaray, with an official announcement expected later today. The deal includes options to extend the loan for an additional season and a potential permanent transfer.
Morata, who joined AC Milan from Atlético Madrid last summer under the influence of Zlatan Ibrahimović, has found himself surplus to requirements under manager Sérgio Conceição after just six months in Italy.
Despite battling injuries, the experienced forward has made 25 appearances across all competitions this season, scoring 6 goals and providing 2 assists.
