Shakhtar Donetsk has reportedly completed the signing of Fluminense forward

Shakhtar Donetsk has reportedly completed the signing of Fluminense forward Kauã Elias for a fee of €17 million, with an additional €3 million in potential bonuses. According to As, the Ukrainian champions have secured the services of the 18-year-old Brazilian talent, who is set to undergo a medical in Germany this week before signing a contract until summer 2030.

The deal also includes a 10% sell-on clause for Fluminense, ensuring they benefit from any future transfer of the player. Elias, who has already made 44 official appearances and scored 7 goals for the Brazilian club, leaves as one of the fans’ favorite players.

Shakhtar has been monitoring Elias for at least two years, dating back to his time in Fluminense’s youth teams. Last summer, the forward attracted interest from several European clubs, including Real Sociedad, but it was Shakhtar who ultimately secured his signature.
