Fiorentina Tried to Sign Georgiy Sudakov for €20 Million
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Fiorentina made an attempt to negotiate with Shakhtar Donetsk for the transfer of midfielder Georgiy Sudakov.
The Serie A side was reportedly willing to pay €20 million for the 21-year-old, but Shakhtar held out for €10 million more, which ultimately led to the collapse of the deal.
It’s worth noting that a year ago, Napoli offered €40 million for Sudakov, but Shakhtar decided to delay the sale of their star player.
This season, Sudakov has featured in 25 matches for Shakhtar Donetsk, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists.
