Inter Milan Could Part Ways with Three Players This Summer
Inter Milan is reportedly considering a summer clear-out of their attacking options, with Mehdi Taremi, Marko Arnautović, and Joaquín Correa all potentially on the chopping block. The club's hierarchy is said to be dissatisfied with the performances of these forwards, prompting a reevaluation of their squad ahead of the next season.
Mehdi Taremi, who joined Inter as a free agent from FC Porto last summer, has struggled to replicate his prolific form in Italy. The Iranian striker has scored just three goals across all competitions this season, with only one coming in 18 Serie A appearances. His lack of impact has raised doubts about his future at the San Siro.
Similarly, Marko Arnautović and Joaquín Correa have failed to consistently deliver for the Nerazzurri. Arnautović, who returned to Inter after a decade away, has been plagued by injuries and inconsistent form, while Correa has struggled to justify his price tag since joining from Lazio in 2021.
