Saudi Pro League giants have reportedly shifted their transfer focus

Saudi Pro League giants Al-Nassr have reportedly shifted their transfer focus from Vinícius Júnior to Luis Díaz, after a sensational move for the Real Madrid star collapsed despite a mind-blowing financial offer.

According to TalkSPORT, Al-Nassr had tabled a staggering five-year deal worth a total of €1 billion for Vinícius, hoping to lure the Brazilian winger to the Middle East. However, the 23-year-old turned down the riches in favour of continuing his journey at the Santiago Bernabéu — prioritising ambition over money.

In response, Al-Nassr have now set their sights on Luis Díaz, the 28-year-old Colombian winger currently starring for Liverpool. The Saudi side is believed to view Díaz as a viable marquee alternative who can bring star power and attacking flair to their squad.

Díaz has been a consistent performer this season, scoring 15 goals and providing 8 assists in 45 appearances across all competitions for Liverpool. His explosive pace, technical skill, and ability to deliver in big matches make him a highly attractive prospect for clubs outside Europe’s elite leagues.

The Colombian international remains under contract at Anfield until June 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is estimated at €85 million — a figure Al-Nassr would likely be willing to meet as they continue their mission to bring world-class talent to Saudi Arabia.
