The 19-year-old is currently undergoing a medical in London and is expected to sign a long-term contract

According to renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid have reached a full agreement with AFC Bournemouth to sign highly rated centre-back Dean Huijsen.

The 19-year-old is currently undergoing a medical in London and is expected to sign a long-term contract with the Spanish giants until June 2030. The deal is reportedly worth €60 million, with Bournemouth making a huge profit just a year after signing the player.

“Real see Huijsen as top talent and Xabi Alonso wanted to bring him in,” Romano reported. “All approved by Bournemouth including medical, contract signing to take place soon and Dean’s presence at Club World Cup.”

Bournemouth signed Huijsen last summer from Juventus for €15 million. In his first Premier League season, the Dutch-born defender made 34 appearances, scoring 3 goals and providing 1 assist — an impressive tally for a centre-back.
