Manchester City are closing in on the signing of Wolverhampton Wanderers full-back Rayan Aït-Nouri, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. The 23-year-old Algerian international is reportedly set to join Pep Guardiola team in a transfer worth around €40 million.
