Noa Lang Joins Napoli in €28M Deal - Sudakov Interest Dropped
SSC Napoli have officially announced the signing of Noa Lang from PSV Eindhoven, ending their pursuit of Georgiy Sudakov from Shakhtar Donetsk. The 26-year-old Dutch international completed his medical in Naples today and signed a five-year deal with the reigning Serie A champions.
According to multiple sources, the transfer fee is set at €25 million with an additional €3 million in performance-related bonuses. PSV have also secured a 10% sell-on clause for any future transfer involving the player.
Lang, who plays primarily as a left winger but can also operate on the right or as a second striker, is a product of the Feyenoord and Ajax youth academies. His professional journey has taken him through clubs like FC Twente and Club Brugge before he moved to PSV in the summer of 2023 for €12.5 million.
Napoli had been monitoring Georgiy Sudakov since the winter of 2024, but the signing of Lang appears to have brought their interest in the Ukrainian midfielder to a close — at least for now.
