The transfer appears to be part of a broader squad overhaul at Leverkusen

According to trusted transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, veteran goalkeeper Lukáš Hrádecký is on the verge of completing a move to AS Monaco, with personal terms already agreed.

The contract is reportedly ready for signature, with final negotiations between Bayer Leverkusen and the Ligue 1 side currently underway.

The 35-year-old Finnish international joined Bayer in 2018 and has since become a cornerstone of the squad, amassing a remarkable 286 official appearances for the Bundesliga club.

With over 100 caps for the Finland national team, Hrádecký remains one of the most experienced goalkeepers on the European stage. His current deal was set to expire next summer, prompting the move to secure a fresh chapter in his career.

The transfer appears to be part of a broader squad overhaul at Leverkusen, orchestrated by manager Erik ten Hag. Rumors now suggest that another senior figure, Granit Xhaka, could be the next name heading for the exit door.
