Blues are plotting a major double transfer

Chelsea are plotting a major double transfer raid this summer, targeting Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig and teenage sensation Jorrel Hato from Ajax, according to renowned transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.

Chelsea mantain total confidence to sign both Jorrel Hato and Xavi Simons,” Romano reported, signaling the club’s intent to bolster both their midfield and defence with young, high-upside talents.

The Blues are reportedly prepared to pay £44 million (€50m) for Hato, though Ajax are holding out for a fee closer to £52 million (€60m). The 18-year-old Dutch defender has quickly emerged as one of Europe’s most promising centre-backs and is already a regular starter for the Eredivisie giants.

Simons will reportedly cost Chelsea up to €70 million.
