Fulham have reached a full agreement on personal terms with highly rated forward Kevin from Shakhtar Donetsk, according to trusted transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The Premier League side have been pushing to secure the 21-year-old Brazilian, who has already scored six goals in European competition this season, emerging as one of the standout performers in Shakhtar's attack.

However, the transfer is currently on hold as Shakhtar Donetsk are refusing to lower their asking price of €50 million—a fee that would represent a potential club-record signing for Fulham. The London club, meanwhile, are reportedly only willing to offer €35 million at this stage.
