Girona FC have completed the signing of Ukrainian striker

Girona FC have completed the signing of Ukrainian striker Vladyslav Vanat from Dynamo Kyiv in a deal worth €20 million, according to trusted transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The transfer was finalized in the early hours of the morning, shortly after Dynamo Kyiv secured a 1–0 victory over Maccabi Tel Aviv in the UEFA Europa League qualifiers. The Spanish club triggered the 22-year-old's release clause at 3:00 AM, sealing the move ahead of the group stage draw.

“Vladyslav Vanat to Girona, here we go! Understand the release clause has been paid at 3am. €20m value for Ukrainian striker to join the Spanish club from Dinamo Kyiv,” Romano posted on X (formerly Twitter).

Third Ukrainian in Girona Colours

Vanat will become the third Ukrainian player on Girona’s roster, joining national teammates Viktor Tsygankov and young goalkeeper Vladyslav Krapyvtsov.
