Turkish club’s opening offer of €12 million has been rejected by the Premier League champions

Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson could be on his way out of Manchester City, with Turkish giants Fenerbahçe now actively working on a deal to bring him to Istanbul.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, City have already agreed personal terms with Italian shot-stopper Gianluigi Donnarumma, making Ederson’s departure a real possibility this summer. With Galatasaray previously rejecting a €10 million bid for the keeper, it's now Fenerbahçe who have stepped up negotiations in an effort to land the 31-year-old.

Talks between Fenerbahçe and Manchester City are still ongoing, with source indicating that the Turkish club’s opening offer of €12 million has been rejected by the Premier League champions, who are holding out for a higher fee.
