PSG crowned Team of the Year
Paris Saint-Germain continue to sweep up accolades at the Paris gala, with the French champions predictably named Team of the Year.
It was a landmark season for PSG, who lifted the Champions League for the first time in their history. En route to glory, they dispatched three Premier League clubs – Liverpool, Aston Villa and Arsenal – before producing a stunning 5-0 demolition of Inter Milan in the final.
Domestically, PSG once again asserted their dominance, completing a clean sweep of trophies in France. The honour comes on the same night their head coach Luis Enrique was recognised as Coach of the Year, capping a remarkable campaign for the club.
