Aston Villa have confirmed the signing of England international striker

p>Aston Villa, currently sitting third in the Premier League, have confirmed the signing of England international striker Tammy Abraham. The 27-year-old forward joins from Beşiktaş on a permanent transfer, although the club have chosen not to disclose the financial details of the deal.

The move marks a sentimental and strategic return for Abraham, who reunites with head coach Unai Emery at Villa Park. During the 2018–19 season, the striker enjoyed a prolific loan spell in Birmingham, scoring an outstanding 26 goals and playing a pivotal role in Aston Villa’s promotion back to the top flight.

Since then, the club’s trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable. Aston Villa have established themselves among the Premier League elite and currently sit second in their UEFA Europa League group.

Abraham’s career has also evolved significantly. After leaving England, he made his mark in Serie A with AS Roma before a spell at AC Milan, and has spent the current season in Turkey with Beşiktaş, where he found the net 13 times across all competitions.
