Manchester City goalkeeper set for Nottingham Forest move

Nottingham Forest and Manchester City have reached a full agreement over the transfer of goalkeeper Stefan Ortega. The City shot-stopper is expected to undergo a medical examination today before signing a five-month contract at the City Ground.
The German goalkeeper has seen little action this season, serving as City’s backup option. Following the arrivals of Gianluigi Donnarumma and James Trafford, Ortega found himself firmly relegated to the substitutes’ bench.
Now 33, Ortega is valued at €5 million by Transfermarkt and will be looking to secure regular playing time as he begins a new chapter with Nottingham Forest.
