Curtis Jones officially joins Inter Milan

Inter Milan have officially completed the signing of England midfielder Curtis Jones from Liverpool, bringing an end to the 25-year-old's 16-year association with the Merseyside club. The midfielder has signed a long-term contract with the Serie A champions until 30 June 2031, marking the first time in his senior career that he will play outside England.
The deal is worth €30 million up front, with a further €5 million available in performance-related bonuses. Liverpool have also secured a 10 per cent sell-on clause, meaning the Reds could benefit financially from any future transfer involving their academy graduate.
The move brings the curtain down on a remarkable journey for Curtis Jones, who joined the Liverpool academy as a youngster and eventually established himself in the first team. He made 228 appearances for the Reds, scoring 22 goals and collecting six major trophies, including two Premier League titles and the UEFA Champions League.
