Inter Milan produced a sensational comeback at San Siro, recovering from 2-0 down to beat Napoli in a thrilling encounter and return to the top of the Serie A table.

Napoli appeared to be in control after goals from Matteo Politano and Rasmus Højlund put the visitors two goals ahead in the second half. But Inter refused to surrender and dramatically turned the game on its head.

Lautaro Martinez led the fightback with two goals, while Marcus Thuram also found the net as Cristian Chivu's side completed a remarkable turnaround.
