Sancho spent the latter part of the 2024/25 season out of the squad

According to sources close to Manchester United, the Premier League club has reached a verbal agreement with Juventus for the transfer of Jadon Sancho. The reported fee is in the region of £25 million, though some believe the figure could rise depending on add-ons or performance-based clauses.

The reported fee has raised eyebrows, considering Chelsea previously declined a cut-price move for the England international at a much lower valuation. Still, with United keen to offload the winger - the club appears ready to accept a significant financial loss on the player they signed for over £70 million in 2021.

Sancho spent the latter part of the 2024/25 season out of the squad and has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford throughout the summer. Juventus have long been seen as frontrunners, and reports earlier this month confirmed that talks had reached an advanced stage.
