In a recent interview with "Football NEWS" Ukranian midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi talked about national team's trip to Glasgow for the upcoming 2022 World Cup play-off game against Scotland.

"We prepared for the game in Slovenia. There were great football pitches there and a comfortable hotel. In our current situation, everything was at the highest level possible.

People in Scotland were very friendly to all of us ever since we arrived in Glasgow. And when we traveled to our hotel, we saw a lot of Ukrainian flags - both at the airport and in the city itself. It was, of course, very pleasant to see", said the player.
