Paris Saint-Germain are on the verge of completing the signing of Ukrainian centre-back Ilya Zabarnyi from AFC Bournemouth, with the official contract signing scheduled for August 11, according to RMC Sport.

The 22-year-old defender will join the Ligue 1 champions in a deal worth €63 million plus an additional €3 million in bonuses. Zabarnyi is expected to earn €4.5 million net per season during his first year in Paris.

Zabarnyi had an impressive campaign in the Premier League last season, featuring in 39 matches across all competitions for Bournemouth and contributing one assist. His solid performances and composure at the back have caught the attention of several top European clubs, with PSG moving swiftly to secure his services.
