Oleksii Bielik has been appointed as Shakhtar U19 head coach. 42-year-old will prepare the Miners for the Ukrainian U19 Championship and the UEFA Youth League matches in the 2023/24 season.

The coaching staff of the Orange-and-Blacks includes assistant managers Oleksandr Alimov, Dmytro Yefymov, Maksym Malyshev, goalkeeping coach Roman Havrylov, and fitness coach Yaroslav Hatskov.
